Writing and reading were my favourites from an early age. Later I started translating as well, due to our many friends from abroad.
Sometimes I helped my mother with proofreading, and in fact, I can't enjoy an article, if there are too many errors!
Thanks to a reminder, I am back here! Meanwhile, I'm living in Osterholz-Scharmbeck, near Bremen in northern Germany, where my son Badi Zonneveld has a house while finishing his medical specialty. My eldest grandson, too moved here early last year with his family and is working in Hamburg. Our family is grown to 33 by the birth of one more great-grandson... I am still working with translating and proofreading, even though I'm getting older each year!! From my window, I see the cozy marketplace with its 100-year-old oak tree - life is beautiful!
